Aberdeen metal band Ray Brower have won a place on the main stage at next year’s Hellfest after securing the most amount of votes in the Deezer Open Hell stage competition.
The rest of the line-up has yet to be announced, but it is renowned for attracting the biggest metal bands and is billed as an Extreme Music Festival.
The band are currently travelling the 1,000 miles home from Clisson, France but have said the whole weekend has been “surreal”.
